How To Make Fruit Leather At Home

By,
Gourmandize

Preparation

Line a baking tray with a non-stick silicone mat or parchment paper. Pour in one of the fruit blends and make sure to spread the puree evenly. Then place the tray in the oven and bake at a low 175 °F for 8 hours. If there's enough space in your oven, you can bake multiple trays at once. Your fruit leather will be ready once the surface has smoothed over and is no longer sticky!
