Warm Milk WIth Honey

Grandma was right! The old recipe "hot milk with honey" actually makes you sleep better. Milk and dairy products have a high content of tryptophan. This is an amino acid from which our body produces serotonin. Honey also contains fast-digesting carbohydrates that stimulate insulin secretion, sending even more tryptophan to the brain.
