Kansas - Blue Koi Noodles & Dumplings
This Kansas City gem was featured on Food Network's Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives with Guy Fieri, who tasted a bowl of these super spicy chili pepper wontons. Run by two sisters, there are now two locations, with the other in Leawood, Kansas. While the menu does highlight noodle and dumpling dishes, there are plenty of other tasty things to try, including the fire bird noodles or rice with your choice of protein, Chinese-style pot roast and the two-in-one wonton noodle soup. There are plenty of vegetarian and vegan-friendly options as well.
