This Rockville, Maryland mainstay is family-owned with multiple locations, including several in southern California and another in Virginia; it's been delighting Chinese food-lovers in the States since 1985. The menu features traditional, authentic Taiwanese and Chinese fare in simple surroundings. Noodles are made in-house, and people rave about the long, rectangular-shaped pan-fried pork dumplings, spicy beef noodle soup and pan-fried beef bun. Just be sure you bring cash because they don't take cards (prices are reasonable).
