The Best Chinese Restaurant In Every State

New Hampshire - Saigon & Tokyo
There seem to be a ton of blended Asian cuisine restaurants in New Hampshire and not many strictly Chinese places that do more than take-out. So we're just going to have settle on Saigon & Tokyo, which gets rave reviews for its sushi rolls, Chinese dishes and pho, among others. While it's not always a good sign when a restaurant has a menu that reads like a book, this place seems to do quite well and keeps people satisfied with its monstrous portions and pleasant service.
