The beach sounds like an unlikely place to be craving Chinese food, yet Confucius Chinese Cuisine in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware has become a local fave since 2004. The menu offers up an eclectic mix of authentic Hunan-style dishes and house specialties with a modern twist, without forgetting a few requisite Americanized options. Run by husband-and-wife team Shawn and Danielle Xiong (both originally born in Hunan), the restaurant has been regularly recognized for its freshly prepared food and excellent service.
