Homemade Ketchup

It goes without saying that you need tomatoes to serve as your ketchup base – two 7 oz jars of tomato paste, to be precise. Place the paste in a small bowl and mix in about 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar. Then add onion powder and sea salt (other seasonings, such as mustard powder and allspice, are optional).
