#1 - White Castle Waffle Breakfast Slider

Our number one spot goes to White Castle's Belgian waffle breakfast slider. It may not be the biggest sandwich on this list (it still beats Chick-fil-A's chick-n-minis!), but it is proof that good things do indeed come in small packages. First of all, the semi-sweet, crispy waffles are actually from Belgium, imported from a producer in Brussels who's been making them since 1932. That alone earns this one extra points for effort. Secondly, the eggs are REAL, freshly cracked and fried, which is visibly obvious when you compare them to the eggs in various other sandwiches on this list. Lastly, the sausage patty is flavorful and adds enough heft to the otherwise unimposing sandwich to make you satisfied after two sliders. Add some cheese that melts beautifully atop the fried egg, and this is one golden breakfast sandwich.
