Lakefront Brewery's New Grist pilsner was the first beer legally allowed to be called "gluten-free beer" in the USA, and it has certainly stood the test of time. It is made from a mix of sorghum and rice, plus hops and gluten-free yeast. It can be found in and around Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
