Passion Fruit

You may recognize passion fruit as the flavor in different sweets and drinks, but this fruit is a great source of antioxidants. Though it's indigenous to South America, this little fruit has a worldwide following thanks to its unique flavor. Passion fruit has a sweet, yet acidic flavor, not unlike citrus, so it's often combined with richer ingredients to create delicious desserts.
