Perhaps it's because it's so cheap, or maybe it's because the meat looks more like crumbs—whatever the reason, there's a rumor going around that Taco Bell doesn't use real beef. The truth is that the chain's meat is made of 100% USDA approved real beef...or at least 88% of it is. The other 12% is reportedly various spices, flavoring agents, and binders.
