Pasta

Once again, the microwave is not (always) your friend. Leftover pasta reheated this way will result in dried out noodles that take on an unpleasant crunchy texture and dissipated sauces. Instead, fill a pan with enough water to cover the surface, and add the pasta with its sauce. Place over medium heat, and stir or toss frequently for up to five minutes, until the pasta is heated through. The water will help rehydrate the noodles and restore the sauce to its intended "saucy" original state.
