Put Diet-Friendly Food at Eye-Level in the Fridge
When we want to munch on something, we tend to go for what's immediately available/visible. In other words, if you have to search for the strawberries, but the pudding is staring you in the face when you open the refrigerator door, chances are, you'll go for the pudding. Send your brain some good signals by putting wholesome foods at the forefront of your fridge, and it will be much easier to stick to your plan.
