- 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 1/2-pound Skirt Steak

- 1/2 bunch Fresh Basil
- 3 tablespoons Good Quality Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 1/2 tablespoins Extra Virgin Olive Oil
