Gorgonzola Meatloaf

Rich savory meatloaf, full of creamy gorgonzola
- 1 oz butter
- 6 oz onion, diced small
- 6 oz white mushrooms, sliced thin
- .5 oz tomato paste
- 5.5 oz beef stock, warm
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 eggs
- 1 oz soy sauce
- 1/2 oz gelatin
- 1 thick slice bread, processed to crumbs
- 1/4 bunch parsley, minced
- 1 t Dijon mustard
- 1/4 t thyme, minced
- 1/4 t rosemary, minced
- 1 lbs Ground beef
- 1 lbs Ground pork
- 6 oz gorgonzola cheese crumbles

- 10oz Whole milk
- 8 oz water
- 4.25 oz Masa flour
- .75 tsp salt
- .25 tsp black pepper
- 1.5 oz cotija cheese
- 1.5 tsp honey
- 1 oz butter, diced

A delicious combination of two holiday favorites! Sweet gooey Baklava and tender, pull apart monkey bread
- For the biscuits:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 3/4 cup milk
- For the sauce:
- 1/2 C Honey
- 1/2 C light brown sugar
- 1/2 C water
- 1/2 t cinnamon
- 1/4 t nutmeg
- 1/4 t ground clove
- 3/4 C Chopped walnuts or pecans
- 1/2 C packed light Brown sugar
- 1/2 t cinnamon
Italian chicken, lentil and vegetable soup

hearty and flavorful broth loaded with tender chicken, Washington grown lentils and plenty of vegetables
- 3 strips thick sliced peppered bacon, diced
- 2 medium carrots, peeled and diced
- 1 medium onion, peeled and diced
- 2 ribs celery, diced
- 2 T tomato paste
- 1 t Italian seasoning
- 1/2 t chili powder
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 C diced cooked chicken meat
- 1 C lentils
- 2 C assorted vegetables, cut into bite sized pieces (peas, corn, green beans, cauliflower, cabbage...anything you like)
- 5 C chicken or vegetable stock
