Triple-Chocolate Pudding

Combine first 3 ingredients in a medium saucepan
- 1 (5-ounce) package chocolate cook-and-serve pudding mix
- 1 large egg yolk $
- 4 cups 1% low-fat chocolate milk $
- 1 ounce semisweet chocolate, chopped $
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Frozen reduced-calorie whipped topping, thawed (optional)
- Semisweet chocolate shavings (optional)
Crockpot Macaroni and Cheese

Boil the macaroni in water for six minutes and drain{all dente}
- 2 cups uncooked macaroni
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2½ cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cheddar cheese soup
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- ½ teaspoon dry mustard
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 2-3 cloves fresh garlic (optional)
Crispy Cheddar Chicken

Cut each chicken breast into 3 large chunks
- Chicken:
- 4 large chicken breasts
- 2 sleeves Ritz crackers
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/8 t pepper
- 1/2 C milk
- 3 C cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 t dried parsley
- Sauce:
- 1 10 ounce can cream of chicken soup
- 2 T sour cream
- 2 T butter
Broccoli Casserole

Preheat oven to 350. Cook broccoli, add cheese soup and mix well
- 1 bundle of broccoli
- 1 can of cheese soup
- 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
- 4 cups of croutons
- 2 tbsp butter
- Parmesan cheese

- 1 big bunch of broccoli
- 1/2 lb of cooked bacon (crumbled)
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
- Dressing:
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp vinegar

- 3/4 lb pork sausage
- 3 cans of 8oz tomato sauce
- 2 cans 6oz tomato paste
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp italian seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 3 eggs
- parsley
- 3 cups cottage cheese
- 1 carton ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- cooked lasagna noodles
- cheddar cheese
- mozzarella cheese

- 1 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1 1/2 cup Strawberries, diced, and patted dry + (optional 1/2 cup strawberries, diced to place on top of muffins)
