- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/3 tsp dry mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp butter/margarine
- 1 cup bread crumbs
Spanish Eggplant Freezer Recipe

Heat olive oil over medium heat
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 4 green peppers, minced
- 4 eggplants, pared and cut into 1" pieces
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 large yellow onions, minced
- 2 16oz Spanish-style tomato sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- On Cooking Day:
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

In a large bowl combine all ingredients but the corn flakes
- 2 lbs frozen hash browns
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper

- 1/2 cup yellow onion, chopped
- 1 pint sour cream
- 10 oz cheddar cheese, grated

In a skillet or saucepan melt butter and saute onion until softened
- 1/2 cup margarine/butter
- 1 yellow onion, diced
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 2 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1 lb fresh spinach, cooked OR 1 8-oz frozen spinach (thawed and drained)
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- salt and pepper (to taste)

Over medium heat in a large skillet, saute pork in oil until browned on all sides (15 mins)
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless pork loin, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 (.75 ounce) package dry brown gravy mix
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 onion, cut into wedges
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped

- 4 cups cooked chicken, cut up
- 1 can (4-oz) mushroom stems & pieces, drained
- 1 can (5-oz) water chestnuts, drained and sliced

- 1 tbsp dried sweet bell peppers (red pepper flakes)
