- 1. C. warm water
- 1 T. sugar
- 1 t. salt
- 2 T. veg oil
- 2 1/2 t. yeast
- 3 C. flour

- 6 C. peeled and cubed potatoes
- 14 oz. chicken broth
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 c. celery and carrots
- chopped spinach optional

- 2 chicken bullion cubes
- 1 t. salt 1/2 t. pepper
- 3 c. milk divided
- 1/4 c. flour
- 3/4 c. sharp chedder
- cubed ham or bacon
poppy seed dressing

- 1/4-1/2 c. sugar depending on how sweet you want your dressing
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
- 2 t. diced onion
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1 t. dijon mustard

- 1 T. poppy seeds

- 1/4 c. sugar

- 1 jalapeño chopped

- 1 c. sour cream

- 1 1/4 c. mozzarella cheese divided
- 3/4 c. freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1 10. bag fresh spinach chopped
- 1 14. oz. can artichoke hearts drained and chopped
