White Mocha Cake

Melt chocolate in boiling water and let cool
- 4 oz white chocolate
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 unbeaten egg yolks
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 1/2 cups cake flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 4 beaten egg whites
Pop cake

Combine all ingredients except marshmallows and blend at low speed
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 tbsp. coca
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup of any soda pop
- 1 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
Soda Pop Icing

Mix all the ingredients until smooth
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 box confectioners sugar
- 3 tbsp. cocoa
- 1/3 cup soda pop

- 1 large box strawberry jello
- 1 pkg frozen strawberries, sliced

- 1 can pumpkin

Pound steak and cut into serving pieces
- 1 1/2 round steak, 1/2 inch thick
- 2 beaten eggs
- 2 tbsp. milk
- 1 1/2 cup cracker crumbles
- Cooking oil
- Pinch of Salt and pepper
Slow cooker sweet and sour beef

- 2lb round steak, cut in 1 inch cubes
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 cans can tomato sauce
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup light molasses
- 2 cup sliced carrots
- 1 large chopped green pepper
- pinch of salt
