French Apple Tart

For the pastry, place the flour, salt, and sugar in the bowl of a food processor fitted with the steel blade
- For the pastry:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 12 tablespoons (11/2 sticks) cold unsalted butter, diced
- 1/2 cup ice water
- For the apples:
- 4 Granny Smith apples
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) cold unsalted butter, small diced
- 1/2 cup apricot jelly or warm sieved apricot jam
- 2 tablespoons Calvados, rum, or water
GROUND TURKEY BAKED RIGATONI

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
- 1 pound rigatoni
- 1 pound cooked ground turkey
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 4-ounce can mushroom stems and piece
- 1 can of your favorite spaghetti sauce
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon sweet basil
- 8 ounces shredded mozzarella (divided)
Loaded Potato Skins

Bake off your potatoes. These medium sized potatoes took 1 hours at 400 degrees
- 3 each Baking Potatos
- 2 Tbls Butter, melted
- 4 each Bacon Strips
- 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
- 1 each Green onion, for garnish
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Overnight French Toast Bake

For the French toast: Coat a 9- by 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray
- French Toast:
- Nonstick cooking spray, for coating baking dish
- One 8-ounce whole wheat baguette, cut into twenty-four 1/4-inch slices
- One 12-ounce can evaporated fat-free milk
- 1 cup reduced-fat (2-percent) milk
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Pinch kosher salt
- 4 large eggs
- Topping:
- 1/3 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Garlic Bread

Combine garlic, butter, and oil in a microwave safe dish or in a small saucepan
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 loaf crusty bread, split
- 3 tablespoons grated cheese, Parmigiano or Romano, optional
- Chopped fresh parsley
Zucchini Parmesan Crisps

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F
- Cooking spray
- 2 medium zucchini (about 1 pound total)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan (3/4-ounce)
- 1/4 cup plain dry bread crumbs
- 1/8 teaspoon salt

Cheesy Chicken & Broccoli Casserole

HEAT oven to 400°F. PREPARE stuffing as directed on package
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
- 1-1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen broccoli florets, thawed, drained
- 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) reduced-sodium condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA®, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
Pecan Pie

Heat the oven to 350°F
- 3 large eggs
- ¾ cup sugar
- ½ stick (4 Tbsp) butter, softened
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup light corn syrup (I use Karo)
- ½ cup maple syrup (I use Johnnie Fair) or honey
- 1½ cups pecan halves
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust, homemade or store bought
Super Easy Macaroni Salad

Cook,drain and rinse macaroni and put in fridge while you dice up cheese and ham
- 2 cups macaroni (I use whatever is in my cupboard)
- 1/2 cup cubed cheese (I prefer cheddar or co-jack)
- 1/2 cup cubed ham
- 1/2 cup Miracle Whip (can sub mayo your choice)
- 1 tablespoon mustard
