- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1-2 jalapeño peppers, seeds and ribs removed, minced

Reese's Peanut Butter Bark

Cover cookie sheet or tray with wax paper
- 2 packages HERSHEY'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Baking Bar
- 1-2/3 cups REESE'S Peanut Butter Chips
- 1 tablespoon shortening
- 1/2 cup roasted peanuts or toasted almonds

Crack-tastic Crackers

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl for a good long while (5-10 minutes), to really get the crackers coated
- 1 cup canola oil
- 1 packet Ranch dressing mix
- 2 Tbs. red pepper flakes
- 4 sleeves of Saltine crackers
Cinnamon Roasted Almonds

Beat egg white, water, and vanilla in large glass bowl till frothy
- 1 egg white
- 1 tsp water
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 4 cups whole almonds
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Mini Apple Fritters

Mix all dry ingredients together, slowly add the wet ingredients minus the apple
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- dash salt
- 1 – 2 tsp. cinnamon (depending on how much you love cinnamon)
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 Tbsp butter melted
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups chopped apple, peanut sized or smaller
- oil for frying
- milk and powdered sugar glaze for dipping or just powdered sugar for dusting
