  • 4-5 green onions, cut into thirds or sliced
  • 1 cup uncooked basmati rice

  • Dark Chocolate Whiskey Buttercream
  • 1 lb. unsalted butter, softened
  • 1- 3 ounce package white chocolate, vanilla or cheesecake instant pudding mix
  • 2 cups Dark Chocolate Whiskey ganache
  • 1/2 cup sifted dark cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • more whiskey to taste

  • 1/2 oz. fresh yeast or

  • (Commercial hard dough bread recipe includes 30 grams (2 tbsps. shortening and the same amount of egg white (optional)
  • Set oven at 230°C or 450°F. It takes 40 minutes for the loaf to bake. All ingredients and utensils should be warmed to assist the fermentation.
