- 1 Pastry crust or puff pastry
- 2 cups chopped onions,
- scant 1 cup dry white wine
- 3 eggs,
- scant 1 cup cream
- 2 cups grams of grated cheese.

Chop onions and sauté in a little olive oil or butter. Add dry white wine. Cook until it evaporates.
In a bowl, beat 3 eggs with cream and grated cheese. Salt and pepper.
Place pastry dough on a pie plate and pour the onions in, then eggs.
Bake 35 minutes, at 410 F
