  • 1 Pastry crust or puff pastry
  • 2 cups chopped onions,
  • scant 1 cup dry white wine
  • 3 eggs,
  • scant 1 cup cream
  • 2 cups grams of grated cheese.

Step 1

Chop onions and sauté in a little olive oil or butter. Add dry white wine. Cook until it evaporates.

Step 2

In a bowl, beat 3 eggs with cream and grated cheese. Salt and pepper.

Step 3

Place pastry dough on a pie plate and pour the onions in, then eggs.

Step 4

Bake 35 minutes, at 410 F
