Egyptian Rice

  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 glass vermicelli
  • 3 cup rice
  • water,
  • Salt.

Step 1

Heat oil in a pan then add the glass noodles. Let the vermicelli roast (beware it happens very fast!), Stirring constantly with a spatula. Add glasses of rice one by one, leaving grill 3 minutes always stirring.
