  • 1 cup of peanut butter
  • 1 cup of white sugar
  • 1 large egg

Preparation

Step 1

Pre-heat oven to 350

mix all ingredients in to a large bowl

Step 2

using a spoon, spoon out a small amount of the mixture.
using your hands roll it in to a 1 inch ball, or the size of a Canadian dollar press lightly. place on a baking sheet with parchment paper. with a fork on the top for the lines.

Step 3

Once you have the cookies on your tray place them in the oven for 6-12mins or in till lightly brown on the edges.

Step 4

Once browned take out of oven and allow to sit for 10 mins to cool down once cooled you can eat right away.

If your mixture is to sticky try adding a little bit of flour to harden it up.
