Drinking Too Little Water

Even though studies suggest that drinking water does not help with weight loss as much as many guides claim, we should still make sure to drink enough every day—not soft drinks, but water. Drinking enough supports our body and helps us feel full. The circulatory system also requires sufficient water to function properly. Depending on our activity level, we should drink about 1 to 1.5 liters of fluids per day. The rest we get from our meals and healthy snacks. Herbal and spice teas, in particular, also support our overall well-being.

And for those who find plain water too boring, they can infuse it with vegetables and fruits.
