Le Camion Qui Fume (Paris)
Le Camion Qui Fume is arguably the very first food truck to park its wheels in Paris. Founded by a young American chef from California, Kristin Frederick, it started a burger frenzy and for good reason. The homemade ground beef patties come in six tempting variations with all the familiar suspects that bring a taste of home to France—Cheddar, Swiss, Blue cheese (the really pungent French kind), mayo, honey-mustard, BBQ sauce, caramelized onions, bacon, mushrooms, avocados, etc. There's also a burger of the day, and all the sides are homemade (fries, onion rings, coleslaw).
