Today's Christmas Countdown Recipe - 

Lemon Butter

Ingredients:
- 6 whole eggs
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- Juice + zest of 3 lemons... 

1. In a double boiler, whisk together the eggs, sugar, and lemon juice + zest. Cook over medium heat until thick, stirring often (this takes about 10-15 minutes)... see the rest of the recipe!
