This drink is natural and will help eliminate your belly fat. That's because it contains ginger, which aids in digestion by regulating blood sugar, serum cholesterol, and cortisol. This is important because wildly fluctuating blood sugar levels might induce cravings and kill your diet. High cortisol levels are also associated with belly fat gain.  

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Piece of ginger root
  • 1.5 tsp honey
  • Half fresh-squeezed lemon juice
  • Glass of water

Instructions:

Grate ginger into a bowl or a large mug. Boil water for about 10 minutes before pouring it over the ginger. Add the honey and lemon juice. Let diffuse before adding a dash of cinnamon for flavor. Drink twice a day.

When combined with proper diet and exercise, ginger tea will help you digest food and lose the belly weight, leaving your body summer ready!
