Spain - Pa amb tomàquet

Pa amb tomàquet (also known as pan con tomate in Spanish) is a Catalan food staple, made from bread—toasted or not toasted—that's rubbed with cut garlic and fresh tomato pulp, then drizzled with a bit of extra-virgin olive oil and seasoned with salt. It's a popular breakfast food throughout Spain and is also often served as a snack or tapa for lunch or dinner. Although it sounds relatively simple, when made with in-season tomatoes, it's absolutely delicious.
