Diversify the Cheese Selection

The best cheese boards have at least 3-4 cheeses to choose from. Plan for about 1-1.5 ounces per person if you're serving the platter as an hors d'oeuvre. It's best to seek a variety of flavors and textures to please all tastes. Pick cow's, sheep's and goat's cheeses. Think creamy, tangy, pungent, mild, hard, soft and everything in-between.
