Watermelon

According to research, watermelon is the ultimate stress buster. It's high in vitamin B6, which is used to produce certain brain chemicals that can calm the body down.

Watermelon also contains lycopene, an antioxidant that protects delicate brain tissue and lowers the risk of inflammation, which has the potential to lead to dementia and depression.

Lycopene is found in tomatoes too, which are also in abundance during summer. Try this watermelon and tomato gazpacho recipe? You might just end up feeling on top of the world!
