Raclette

The name of this dish comes from the cheese used, raclette cheese. The cheese is melted and served on potatoes, and enjoyed with charcuterie and gherkins. Yum!

It's typically enjoyed in winter, and is the go-to meal when enjoying a ski vacation. If you're a fan of cheese though (who isn't?) no one's going to judge you for enjoying it at any other time of the year.
