Remove the Fat from the Broth

Often when making beef, chicken, pork, or bone broth, a layer of fat can form on the surface that not everyone is a fan of. You can strain it, but you'll need a really fine strainer (which not everyone has in their kitchen) and it can take some time. What you can do however, is place a paper towel on the surface of the broth so that the fat sticks to it and it's easily removed.
