Ingredients:

  • 1 pre-made chocolate cookie crust
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup cornstarch
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 3 cups whole milk
  • 6 oz semisweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream and chocolate curls, for topping

Instructions:

  1. In a saucepan, whisk together sugar, cornstarch, and salt. Gradually add milk.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened (6–8 min.)
  3. Remove from heat, stir in chocolate and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Pour into the crust, cover, and chill 4–6 hours. Top with whipped cream before serving.

  • 2 oz green spaghetti
  • 2 cups shrimp

  • Salt

Method

  1. Boil the red and green spaghetti separately in salted water until al dente.
  2. Fry the shrimp in a pan with plenty of salt, pepper and paprika.
