Cystitis

Also known as a bladder inflammation, cystitis  can be treated with two teaspoons of ground cinnamon and a teaspoon of honey, dissolved in a glass of lukewarm water. Cranberry juice also acts as a preventative, by making the walls of the bladder slippery and difficult for the bacteria to attach to. But it will not do much when inflammation is already present. However, once cystitis has progressed to an infection, you must visit your doctor and treat it with antibiotics.
