BAGS FOR LIFE
The reusable plastic bags that are sold and distributed in supermarkets, specifically the ones made from recycled plastic and marketed as long-lasting or "for life," are the ones that have ended up on the food and safety watchdog's list. While they are much friendlier for the environment, improper use could potentially spread dangerous basteria such as salmonella, escherichia coli and Campylobacter in food.

These quick and easy chicken quesadillas are the perfect, last-minute family dinner!
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup of tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup of chives, chopped
- 1 tsp. of Mexican spice mix
- 4 Tortillas
- Cheddar
- Salt, to taste
METHOD:
- Put shredded chicken breast, tomato sauce, chives, and mexican spice mix in a bowl and mix together.
- Lay out the tortillas. Place a slice of cheddar in the center, and cover with the chicken mix.
- Fold up tortillas, and heat in a frying pan until golden.
- Enjoy!
