It's Gluten-Free

Technically, popcorn is a gluten-free food, but not when companies add flavorings, toppings or other additives. That's why it's important to check the package. When popped au naturel, sorghum remains gluten-free as well. Plus, it's got a very similar taste and texture to regular popcorn, though it's smaller in size and slightly softer due to the lack of hulls. That means no pesky morsels getting stuck in your teeth! Not to mention, any not-fully-popped kernels are still edible and won't be too hard to eat.
