It's Healthy

For every 3/4 cup of cooked whole grain sorghum, you get 5 grams each of fiber and protein. It also has 50% more iron than regular popcorn and three times the amount of calcium, in addition to magnesium, phosphorus, vitamin B6, niacin and iron. In terms of fat, calories and carbs, it basically has the same nutritional profile as popcorn per 100 grams. It's slightly sweet in flavor, but you can easily make it a healthy savory snack with a few seasonings or even just a bit of salt.
