Oink And Moo BBQ And Brew - Hampton, New Jersey

When Oink & Moo BBQ started out as a rookie food truck in 2012, it made waves immediately. For one, BBQ fare was far less ubiquitous in New England at that time, and secondly, the owners incorporated several regional BBQ styles, allowing locals who'd never traveled down South to taste a little bit of everything. Since then, they expanded their thriving business to three food trucks, a restaurant in Voorhees and a sister restaurant in Hampton under the name Oink and Moo BBQ and Brew. The latter opened in 2018 with an emphasis on "chef-inspired" BBQ & Tex Mex. And yeah, their BBQ sliders and tacos are really that good.
