Raoul's has been a fixture of New York's SoHo since the '70s, but they still draw a crowd for their reputation as the hippest French restaurant in the city. In their heyday, anybody who was anybody in the art scene could be found nibbling on their French fare and sipping cocktails. Today, Raoul's continues to serve the same tasty steak au poivre that put them on the map.
