Stay Seasonal

No brunch would be complete without a serving of fresh fruit, whether it's in the form of a colorful fruit salad, a garnish of sliced melon, or a bowl of fresh berries to sprinkle over your French toast.  Stick to fruit that's in season for maximum flavor and minimal cost. If you need inspiration, try this winter fruit salad with an addictive sweet and tangy poppyseed dressing.
