Smaller Christmas dinner celebrations means you can cut way down on your alcohol expenses. No need to stock the fridge with cases and cases of beer or spend a fortune on wine and spirits. Stick to reasonable quantities, and maybe even opt for lower-alcohol content beverages that will limit your spending (and day-after fogginess).
