What I enjoy most about blogging is the opportunity it gives me to put to use my visual skills, to develop a totally new way of thinking creatively and the opportunity it allows me to hone my writing skills. I get to tell stories about, construct attractive compositions of and photograph the food and recipes I love most. Food that’s simple, delicious and looks much more involved than it actually is.
