- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1.5 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 cup canola oil
- 1.5 cups Sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2.5 cups sifted all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 8 ounces package cream cheese, softened
- 4 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1.5 teaspoons Baking soda

- ½ cup Butter
- 1 ½ cup Cookie or Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 1 ½ cup Nuts

- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 3 tbsp non-dairy milk (almond, soy, etc.)
- 2 tsp vanilla

Chocolate: Melt chopped, dark chocolate in a double boiler over medium-low heat
- 1 cup fine dark chocolate, chopped
- 6 Eggs
- 3 tablespoons Brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon Cream of tartar
- 1/4 teaspoon Butter (unsalted)
- 1 teaspoon Granulated sugar (for dusting ramekins)
- Coupla pinches of Fleur de sel

- -Half a bag of pretzels (2 cups blended)
- -Half a bag of chocolate chip Teddy Grahams Cookies (2 cups blended)
- -3 tbsp Brown Sugar
- -1 1/2 Cups melted Margarine or Butter
- Filling:
- -2 Bananas Sliced
- -1 tbsp Margarine or butter
- -2 tsp Cinnamon
- -1 tsp All Spice
- -3 tbsp Brown Sugar
- Topping:
- -1 Packet of Chocolate pudding Mix
- -1 cup Milk
