Triple-Chocolate Cheesecake

Preheat oven to 350°F / 180°C
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon stick margarine
- 1 tablespoon egg white
- 1 1/3 cups chocolate graham cracker crumbs (about 16 crackers)
- Vegetable cooking spray
- 3 tablespoons dark rum
- 3 (1-ounce) squares semisweet chocolate
- 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
- 1 (8-ounce) block nonfat cream cheese, softened
- 1 (8-ounce) block Neufchâtel cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup low-fat sour cream
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa
- Chocolate curls (optional)
S'mores Cookies

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, sea salt and cinnamon to combine
- 11 Tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- (optional) 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 ½ cups flour
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 3 regular sized Hershey’s bars, broken into pieces
- 1-2 packages graham crackers, broken into squares
Chocolate Pudding Pie

To prepare crust, place wafers in a food processor; process until finely ground
- CRUST:
- 30 chocolate wafers (such as Nabisco's Famous Chocolate Wafers)
- 3 ounces bittersweet chocolate, melted
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- FILLING:
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 3/4 cups 1% low-fat milk, divided
- 2 large egg yolks
- 4 ounces bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon white rum
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries

Mexican Chocolate Cream Pie

- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon salt

- 2 tablespoons butter, melted

- Filling:
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa
- 1/4 teaspoon instant espresso granules
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1 large egg
- 1 large egg yolk
- 1 3/4 cups 2% reduced-fat milk
- 2 ounces dark chocolate, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups frozen reduced-calorie whipped topping, thawed
Gingerbread Cookies

- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon ground ginger
- 1 3/4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup dark brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest (optional)
Strawberry Cheesecake Tartlets

1.Preheat oven to 350°F. Set 6 4-inch tart pans with removable bottoms on a baking sheet
- 1 1/2 cups graham-cracker crumbs (or about 9 graham crackers)
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream
- 8 ounces 1/3 less fat cream cheese, softened
- 2 teaspoons freshly grated lemon zest
- 2 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

- 1 brownie mix
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. cool whip
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1/2 c. peeled and sliced kiwis
- 20 blueberries
Blueberry Cheesecake Rollups
