- 1 1/4 cups (2 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter, plus more for pan
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour, plus more for pan
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 2 cups packed light-brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 2 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped walnuts (about 4 ounces)
- 1 cup toffee bits
- Confectioners’ sugar, for dusting

- 6 drops green food coloring
- 1 1/3 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 6 tablespoons butter

Gilled Sweet Corn With Lime Chive Butter

Gently pull back corn husks and remove silk; press husks back into place
- 8 ears sweet corn in husks
- Garnish: Lime-Chive Butter
- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 1/3 c. fresh chives, finely chopped
- 2 t. lime juice
- 1 t. lime zest
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/4 t. paprika
- 1/8 t. cayenne pepper

- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup NESTLÉ TOLL HOUSE Baking Cocoa
- 4 cups milk, divided
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Whipped cream or miniature marshmallows (optional)
Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball

In a large bowl, blend cream cheese, butter and vanilla until fluffy
- 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 1/4 t. vanilla extract
- 3/4 c. powdered sugar
- 2 T. brown sugar, packed
- 3/4 c. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3/4 c. pecans or walnuts, finely chopped

Muled Cider

- 4 c. apple cider
- 2 c. cranberry juice
- 46-oz. can apricot nectar
- 1 c. orange juice
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 3-inch cinnamon sticks
