Libby's Pumpkin Pie
By chisburg
Mix all ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 1-1/2 hours until knife inserted in center comes out clean
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1/4 tsp. cloves
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 15 oz. can pumpkin
- 1 12 oz. can evaporated milk
Carrot Cake

Mix dry ingredients. Add oil, carrots and eggs one at a time
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. soda
- 1 c. oil
- 2 c. sugar
- 3 c. grated carrots
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 4 eggs beaten
Russian Teacakes

Mix melted butter, 1/2 c. powdered sugar and vanilla
- 1 c. margarine/butter, melted
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- additional 2 c. powdered sugar
English Toffee Cookies

Stir together flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl
- 2 1/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. butter melted
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 3/4 c. toffee bits (10 oz. pkg)
Banana Split Cake

Mix 1 stick butter and graham cracker crumbs and press into a 9x13 pan
- 2 stick butter
- 1 pkg. crushed graham cracker crumbs
- 1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 3 c. powdered sugar
- 1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained well
- 5-6 bananas, sliced
- 1 16 oz. pkg. strawberries, sliced
- 1 8 oz. cool whip
- 12 cherries
- chocolate syrup
Rhubarb Cake

Put cut rhubarb in 9x13 pan and sprinkle sugar and jello over top
- 4 c. rhubarb, cut up
- 1 c. sugar
- 1-3 oz. pkg. strawberry jello
- 1 1/2c. water
- 1 pkg. white cake mix
- 1/2 c. butter
Seasoned Pretzels

Mix butter and pretzels until moistened in large bowl
- 3 lbs pretzels
- 1 c. melted butter
- 1/2 tsp. dill
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 pkg dry ranch dressing mix
Good White Cake

Mix all ingredients and beat well
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 egg whites, beaten
- 1 c. warm water
- 1/2 c. butter
Swedish Blonde Brownies

Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs one at a time and beat
- 1 c. butter
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 3 tsp. almond extract
- 2 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Rhubarb Crisp

Pour rhubarb into 9x13 pan and sprinkle sugars over top
- 8 c. cut up rhubarb
- 1 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 1/4 c. oatmeal
- 2 c. flour
- 3 sticks butter melted
