- 1 pkg. butterscotch pudding
- 1/2 cup brown sugar

Pork Stew

Put pork roast, onion, potatoes, water or stock, salt and pepper in large pot
- 2 to 3 cups leftover pork roast diced
- 1 large onion diced
- 6 potatoes peeled and diced
- 1 can mixed vegetables
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 tbsp. corn starch or enough to thicken
- 3 cups water or chicken stock (I use water)

Make cake first. Put 3 sticks of butter, 1 cup sugar, 4 eggs and 3 cup flour in a bowl, mix

- 1/4 tsp. cream tartar

preheat oven to 300. Spray 2 baking sheets with nonstick cooking spray
- 1 box (12 oz.) crispix cereal
- 1/2 pound pecan halves
- 1/2 can (11 oz.) deluxe mixed nuts
- 1 cup small pretzels
- 1 cup cheese crackers
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- pinch of cream of tartar
