- 4 large sweet peppers
- 4 slices of ham
- 1 tomato
- 3 oz feta cheese
- 1 fresh onion

- salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 egg yolk

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 ° F.
Cut the stem off the pepper, remove seeds and rinse with cold water.
Step 2
To prepare the filling: Cut the tomato into small pieces and remove seeds. Cut onion into small pieces. Cut the feta cheese into small cubes. Cut the ham into small pieces.
Step 3
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and add egg yolk, olive oil, the Espelette pepper and a pinch of salt.
Step 4
Stuff the peppers. Put them in a dish, drizzle with olive oil and put some water in the dish.
