Peppers Stuffed with Feta Cheese

  • 4 large sweet peppers
  • 4 slices of ham
  • 1 tomato
  • 3 oz feta cheese
  • 1 fresh onion

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 egg yolk

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 ° F.
Cut the stem off the pepper, remove seeds and rinse with cold water.
