Preheat oven to 375 ° F.
Cut the stem off the pepper, remove seeds and rinse with cold water.
To prepare the filling: Cut the tomato into small pieces and remove seeds. Cut onion into small pieces. Cut the feta cheese into small cubes. Cut the ham into small pieces.
